Refund policy
We hope you are happy with your purchases from Baker and Maker but if not, we try to offer a simple and fair returns policy.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please advise us by email at hello@bakerandmaker.com, and then simply return it within 14 days for a replacement or full refund. Goods must be returned in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Please note that we are unable to reimburse postage costs. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they reach Baker and Maker so please make sure you package them well and, if using Royal Mail, it is advisable to obtain a free ‘Certificate of Postage’.
- If an item is broken, damaged or defective in any way (or not the item you ordered), again please advise us by email at hello@bakerandmaker.com within 48 hours of receipt and send photos of any damaged items if possible so that we can investigate with the courier. Return in the same way and we will be happy to provide a replacement or full refund together with reimbursement of postage cost

We try and deal with returns immediately upon receipt and certainly within 48 hours. If any longer is needed to investigate, for example to source replacements with a supplier or any other matter, we will communicate this to you and give an estimated timescale.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
