Silicone Mould: Small Chunky Hearts
Chunky little hearts - ideal for making chocolates for Valentine's Day! Can also be used with other fillings, for example mini biscuits or fondant/icing/sugar paste or even candy melts - how about red candy melts like the ones we've made here? Also possible to make something more permanent with resin, soap or wax.
For chocolate or candy melts, simply melt chocolate in a bowl over boiling water (or if lazy like us pop in the microwave - 40 seconds at a time!) and stir until melted. Pour into the mould and then into the freezer for a few minutes or fridge for 30 minutes; that’s it!
Makes 15 heart shaped chocolates. Total mould size 20cm x 11cm x 3cm
100% food grade silicone. Flexible, non-stick, oven safe to 260°C, freezer safe to -60°C. Wipe clean, wash in dishwasher or in soapy water. Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven and Freezer Safe. Does not absorb smells or taste.
